Chapter 4

Jason listened as Robin told him about the reason why she and Sonny got married. 
She told him about why she told AJ. When she finished she and Sonny looked at 
Jason and waited for him to react. 

Jason: I am so sorry that you had to go through that. I am glad that Sonny could 
be there. 

Sonny: I promised Stone that I would always be there for Robin. 

Jason: I know but was this the best way? 

Sonny: Marrying Robin was the only way to help her. And the marriage has helped 
me too. 

Jason: How? 

Sonny: Before Robin I was so depressed about Brenda. There were times when I 
wanted to die. But when Robin was in trouble I wanted to help her and she helped 
me heal. 

Robin: And his having a wife has helped him get respect. 

Jason: So the marriage is a business deal? 

Sonny: I do love Robin and would do anything for her. If being her husband saves 
her life then I will be her husband. 

Jason: I understand Sonny. I am sorry for the things I said Robin. So why are 
you two here? 

Sonny: I am here to take over the organization. 

Jason: Why? 

Sonny tells Jason his reason why.
