Chapter 39

While Edward was talking to Katherine about buying Jax's old ELQ stock Ned came 
in not approving of the deal. Everyone was shocked when Robin came in and asked 
to talk to Ned. 

Ned: What can I do for you Robin. 

Robin: I am here to discuss a business matter with you and since Edward is here 
I can include him. As you know I have recently taking over Dover Inc. And ELQ 
has illegally taken one of our assets. I am here to get it back. 

Ned: What assets. ELQ has no dealings with Dover Inc. 

Robin: But we have had dealings with Jax. He pledged his ELQ stock on one of our 
deals. When he was arrested he defaulted and as part of our deal his ELQ stock 
belongs to me. 

Edward: I am sorry Robin. But The Justice department took all of his assets and 
I bought them. I will be glad to pay you for the stock. 

Robin: I spoke to the Justice Department Edward. They have illegally taken the 
assets. I went to court and have retaken the stock. 

Robin shows Ned the order. Ned smiles. 

Ned: I am sorry Grandfather but Robin's paper's are in order. She is the owner 
of Jax's ELQ stock. Welcome to the board. 

Edward: But I bought it in good faith Robin. I want that stock. 

Robin: I have no interest is selling Edward. ELQ is a good investment. I do need 
to go. Goodbye everyone. 

Robin then leaves. She arrives back at her apartment.
