Chapter 35

A few days has passed since the commission meeting was held. John had taken 
those few days to return to Paris. In those few days Robin's wealth was publicly 
disclosed. A cover story was released about how Robin was the new head of Dover 
Inc. A major international corporation. Robin's phone rang. 

Robin: Scorpio? 

The voice was Bob, a new bartender at Luke’s who was also Robin's chief 
bodyguard. 

Bob: Mr. Thatcher is back. And he wishes to see you. 

Robin: Show him up. 

Bob: of course Robin. 

Robin waits and sees the door open. John comes in with a woman. Robin smiles at 
them. She gives the woman a hug. 

Robin: DIANA. I was wondering when you were going to show up. 

Diana: I have missed you Robin. John has been telling me what has been 
happening. How are you? 

Robin: I am fine. I have missed our walks in Paris Diana. Our girl to girl 
talks. 

Diana: I have missed them to Robin. John, tell Robin the good news. 

Robin: What good news? 

John: I had a checkup in New York. The doctors there say that I am in remission. 

Robin looks at him in shock. 

Robin: What did you say? 

John: I am in remission Robin. 

Robin then reacts to what John had said.
